Green cardamom powder <br />Few strands of Saffron soaked in 2-3 tbsp of warm milk <br />15 Almonds soaked, skinned and finely sliced <br /> <br /> Method:- <br />1. Heat 1 cup of water with Sago and cook for 5 minutes or until almost done. <br />2. Then add coconut milk, sugar, cardamom powder and boil for 2 minutes. <br />3. Make a paste of the rice powder with 3 tbsp of Water and add it to the kheer. <br />4. Stir the kheer continuously until the kheer turns slightly thick. <br />5.
